Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Teslines ("we", "our", or "us") provides a CRM platform built for real estate agencies selling property to international buyers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. If you have questions, email us at team@teslines.com.
1. What data we collect
Agency account information. When you create a Teslines account we collect your name, agency name, email address, and billing information.
Lead and contact data. The platform stores the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and conversation history of the leads and contacts that you or your team add — either manually, via data migration, or through messages received on your connected channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, website forms).
Property and deal data. Listings, property photos, developer price lists, inspection trip records, legal stage documents, and commission records that your team uploads or creates inside the platform.
Usage data. Standard web analytics (page views, session duration) and application event logs used to monitor performance and diagnose issues. This data does not identify individual end-users.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to operate and improve the Teslines platform — providing the CRM features you subscribed to, processing billing, sending service-related communications (receipts, downtime notices), and diagnosing technical issues.
Lead conversation data is passed to AI service providers to generate automated reply drafts on your behalf. This processing is performed under data processing agreements with those providers and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data — or your leads' data — with any third party.
3. Agency data isolation
Every agency's data is completely isolated from every other agency on the platform. Your leads, properties, deals, commission records, and conversation history are inaccessible to any other Teslines subscriber. This isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in the application interface, and applies to all employees of Teslines except where explicitly required to resolve a support issue you have raised.
4. Third-party service providers
To operate the platform we share data with a small number of trusted sub-processors:
- Messaging providers: WhatsApp message delivery is processed via Twilio, which operates under its own privacy terms.
- AI service providers: Lead conversation data is sent to AI service providers to generate reply drafts. We do not disclose which specific models are used; processing is governed by data processing agreements.
- Cloud infrastructure: Hosting and database infrastructure is provided by third-party cloud providers operating in the EU/EEA.
- Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, anonymised page-view data. No personally identifiable information is collected.
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your agency holds an active Teslines subscription. If your account is cancelled, data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently deleted.
You can request a full export of your agency's data (leads, properties, deals, contacts) at any time by emailing team@teslines.com. We will provide the export in a standard format within 5 business days.
Individual lead records can be deleted from within the platform at any time by any user with the appropriate role. Deletion is permanent.
6. Security
All data transmitted between your browser and Teslines is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised Teslines personnel and is protected by multi-factor authentication.
7. Contact
For any questions about this policy, data export requests, or deletion requests, contact us at team@teslines.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
