Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your agency to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is issued to a single agency. Sharing account access across multiple unrelated businesses is not permitted.

Teslines is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans as described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in GBP and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly on the same calendar date each month, or annually at the start of each billing year. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other channel connected to the Service.
• Use the AI messaging features to send misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent communications to leads or clients.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another agency's data, to Teslines systems, or to any third-party system through the Service.
• Use the Service to process or store data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent.
• Use the Service in any way that violates WhatsApp's or Telegram's own terms of service or messaging policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all data your agency uploads, enters, or generates within the Service — including lead records, property listings, conversation history, documents, and commission data.

You grant Teslines a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

On cancellation or account deletion, you may request a full data export before your data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion timelines.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teslines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or missed business opportunities.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing team@teslines.com to request full data deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in conduct that poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure, or fail to pay amounts owed after 14 days' notice. On termination by us for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
